Years 6 - 9

Years 6-9 students can choose music as a subject.

  • They take theory lessons as part of the course. If students wish, they can enrol for Australian Music Examination Board theory exams.

  • In the instrumental component of the course, students participate in group ensemble music, playing electric and bass guitars, keyboard, drumming or vocals. The music covered is from the Rock 'n' Roll era through to the current hit songs.
